Obituary of Shanne Lee Scott

We are saddened to announce the passing of Shanne-Lee Scott, beloved wife of forty years to Dennis Gary Moffatt.  Predeceased by her father, Reginald John Scott; mother, Gladys Helene Scott; brothers Robert and Kenneth; father of her children, Leo Lawrence Hanas; and her brother-in-law, Tom Desfosses. Shanne is survived by her husband, Dennis; her son Randall Lawrence (Loretta) Hanas; daughter Brenda Lee Hanas (Les Hallemann); stepchildren Gary Dean (Pam) Moffatt, Sherri-Lynn Moffatt, and Marcee-Lee Moffatt; her sisters Lynn (Garth) Bayne, Patricia Scott and Kathryn (Lin) Hodgins; and her brothers Richard, Doug (Julie) and Joe (Sharon) Scott.  She is also mourned by her sisters-in-law, Darlene (Blair) Claybourne and Marjorie Casavant; brother-in-law George Moffatt; as well numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Shanne's passions included her work, her family and her dogs. She was a talented hairdresser who worked in Regina for more than 60 years.  Shanne loved all animals and was an active supporter of the Regina Humane Society. She and Denny travelled to many sunny and warm locations during their holidays, as well as taking other trips during their lifetime together.  Shanne also loved to cook and her family enjoyed many holiday feasts prepared in her kitchen.
