Obituary of Richard Roland Evans
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Richard “Sneaky” Evans on Monday, March 15, 2021 at the age of 66 years. Rick was born August 8, 1954 in Prince Albert, SK but lived most of his life in Regina and Kinookimaw, SK. He loved the outdoors, beach life, boating, snowmobiling, motorcycles, hanging out with friends and having a great time. Rick spent many years as a small engine mechanic at Alsport Sales then later worked at Hepting Glass. He last worked at Signal Industries in the maintenance department until his retirement. Rick was known for his sense of humor and always being the limelight of the party. He was predeceased by his parents James and Irene (nee Topp) Evans; as well as sisters Carol Wilkins and Sandra Evans. Rick is survived by his brother Glenn Evans; brother-in-law Rollie Wilkins; best friend (brother) Randall Adams and his family; friends that became family Royce (Jody) Snitzler and Will (LeeAnn) Driscoll and their families; nephews, cousins and many wonderful friends that he had for over forty years. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all that knew him. A celebration of his life will be held when safe to do so.
