Obituary of Alma Marie Dittrick

Alma passed away suddenly, but not unexpectedly on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at the age of 87 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Rudolph and Josephine (nee Millius); brothers Peter, Felix, Steve, and Tony; as well as her son Richard Dittrick. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Lou Dittrick; daughter Kim (Blain) Kezama; daughter-in-law Debra Dittrick; grandchildren Brooke (Ryan), Hailey, Nicole (Colin), and Justin; great-grandchild Elle; along with many nieces, nephews, relatives, and numerous lifelong and new friends. Alma was born on November 19, 1933, and grew up in Odessa, Saskatchewan. Alma and Lou raised their family for the majority in Regina, Saskatchewan and this is where she ended up working at the TD Bank at River Heights. She worked her way up the various positions in the bank and one of her biggest accomplishments was then, being the Mortgage Manager before she retired approx. 27 years ago. Alma then worked with her daughter, at their store Cozy Cradles & Kid’s Wear for another 13 years. She was always so proud of her family, and her accomplishments over the years, and we are so proud of her. We had many wonderful times together, that will be cherished by each of us. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, a private Funeral Mass will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Alma to the Diabetes Foundation, 919B Albert Street, Regina, SK S4R 2P6.
