My thoughts and prayers to Amanda, Justin Travis and Brandon. Your Dad spent a lot of time at the old club drinking coffee and chatting with us. He was always kind, considerate and humorous. Always a smile for everyone. Always a soft spot for Steve. Linda you have been a rock for your 4 and Steve will be looking over all of you in all the years ahead. Thinkinh of you all.

Oh the shenanigans you and Bernard got into. To share a story your kids may not have heard yet .. when the guys were 14-15yrs old Steve and Bernard had the pellet gun out and Bernard ended up with a pellet in his bottom lip. They decided to tell our parents he got hit by a rock as a car spun out in the McLeods parking lot.. then they had to fess up when the dentist took X-rays a few months later. Doh.! RIP Steve. Condolences from dad and I.

Steve was my first friend when I moved to Regina at the end of 1996. I met him through my husband, at the Pense sled races cabaret. I wasn't drinking and neither was he. We sat and chatted the whole time. He was one of the few people other than family that was invited to our wedding. He was a great friend to us but we lost touch in the last several years. We have really missed ya. Ride free Steve. Love ya brother. Trevor and Corinna

RIP Cuz. Deepest sympathies to all his kids, you where loved soooo much. He tried so hard many times to get better but just couldn’t do it. This leaves such a big hole in my heart and I feel I didn’t do enough, knowing he had to help himself most. Hugs to you all and Linda too!
