It’s with a sad heart To learn of Shawn’s passing. He was my best friend back in 1979 when we went to school together at Saint Mary’s elementary school. He was a rock that helped me through a tough time my parents divorce. So many great memories. Life is short, our paths went in different directions and I always wanted to catch up with him… sadly, I miss my opportunity.

I have just become aware of Shawn's passing. My deepest condolences to his family. Shawn was very special to me as Lindy and I got to spend time with him when he was younger. A very kind and wonderful person. The world is a sadder place with his passing.

I am so sorry to hear of Shawn's passing. He was a wonderful coworker and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to work with him. I will always remember our conversations about various pets and the joy of rural life. My deepest condolences to Shawn's family and friends during this very difficult time.

Spooky I am horribly saddened to hear the news of your passing. We had many a good time laughing and having fun, but you were more of a big brother to me than just a friend; you were always looking out for me. I tried to do the same back, but that was sometimes (most times) a challenge. You inspired my like of cooking in teaching me that there is more to cooking supper than boiling a hot dog or frying an egg. Although we didn’t see each other much in recent years, you were always in my thoughts and going forward will never be forgotten. I will miss you but we will cross paths again. You are one of a kind. Rest peacefully buddy. My condolences to the rest of your family. Greg

Shawn! My big brother Spook! I will always forever hold you dear to my heart! The girls and I are going to miss you so dearly. It is always going to be so hard not having you here with us for the holiday dinners, you were my rock in life and you helped me in more ways than you will ever know! I miss you everyday, the morning texts and the afternoon 2 hour talks! I hope you are now at peace Brother! Until we meet again i will always and forever be grateful for the joy you brang me, evan, and the girls. We are going to miss you deeply. Rest in peace my Big Brother from another Mother!
