We wish to extend our condolences to the McGinn family on the passing of your Mom. It's never easy losing someone no matter their age, but perhaps you can find consolation in the fact that Aunt Rita lived a good long life! May she rest in peace with your Dad, Dan and other family members who left before her!

Condolences to The McGinn Family. So many great memories I have of Rita, mostly in our golf days at Wascana.Lots of laughs and great comaraderie with our group of golfing friends. We not only shared golfs ups and downs, but just life itself! What a long eventful great life for a wonderful lady. Rest In Peace Rita.

I have many memories of Aunt Rita, or when I was little, calling her ma taunte (sp?), Yes to spunky, sassy and spirited. One of my favourite memories was when the family lived on Heritage Place, with a potluck supper - where she served up huge stuffed mallow, it was so good. She'd host a family fathering then uncle Bill would take me up in the Comanche to fly over Regina dozens of times, fun!!! I had fun playing with my cousins, especially Maureen, and to this day I miss Danny, a few birth-days seperate. Such good times at B-Say-Tah when we'd go boating and to the beach, I cherish those memories. Auntie would be in the shade, tho coiffed and so tanned, talking and laughing, and putting on feasts for the rela-tations. and she'd talk and talk about golf and her golf friends, til I'd wander off for more fun things to do... but how she loved that sport eh? I remember the Hill Ave house, the 25th Ave home... I never visited the Indian Head, College Ave residences but i did see her with mom last year on Montague St. She took such pride and in saying with bright eyes "I'm 95 y'know" and showing pictures of zillions of McGinns that I'd never met or heard of... I hope to someday. Devout, with a fierce love of her family and network, I wish her peace and a joyous reunion with her loved ones.

Dear McGinn Family,
I am sorry to hear of you mom's passing. Its pretty hard to give anyone meaningful condolences when they loose their mom. She obviously had a wonderful life and a great run that she made the very best of and lived to the fullest. We could all do so well.
It has been a lifetime of years since visits to your house in high school when I got to know her. Always warm and welcoming and not too shy about asking about both your well being and business!
God bless Rita and God bless you all.
