EDWARDS, Tracey Lynn

Tracey Lynn Edwards, late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the age of 59 years. Predeceased by parents Dolly and Roger Mackin; and her father Edward Edwards. Tracey is survived by her daughter Ashley Edwards; son Kyle Edwards; granddaughter Emma Edwards; brothers Doug Edwards and Greg Edwards; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Tracey was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, auntie, and friend. She always put her kids, Kyle and Ashley first. Tracey worked at Canadian Mental health for 25 years. She loved it and loved helping anyone that needed help and anyone less fortunate. Tracey was the community “Mom.” If you ever needed a place to stay, a good meal, or even just to talk, she was always there with open arms and judgement free. She was a single mother that worked so hard to give us the amazing life we have. Emma Edwards, her granddaughter, was number one. She loved Emma so much! Tracey and Emma had an amazing close relationship. She was an amazing grandmother. Tracey was a great friend to many and she had a sister (best friend) Arlene Irving who was her friends for 45+ years and in the last year they were closer than ever!! They sure loved each other. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 1C5, on Friday, July 2, 2021 at 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friends and family so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the Mobile Crisis Services for Mental Health, 1646 11^th Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 0H4.
