Fondly remembering our work together in She Stoops to Conquer at Regina Little Theatre and other plays.Shall miss him and Pat dropping by for a whiskey--Ken's not Pat's. When they stopped by, their visit made the week. Always so much to reminisce about.
Thinking of you Pat.

We are sorry to hear of Ken's passing. Ken's cousin, Catherine Solvey remembers him fondly during the late 30's as she lived in Moosomin with his family. A clever, sweet little boy. We think this picture is around 1940. Our condolences to Pat and all his family.

Mr. MacKay was my very first teacher at Campion College. I was a grade nine student at Campion in 1961 and filled with fear starting high school. The very first class of my introduction to high school was Mr. MacKay and upon his entering the classroom, which was in the basement of the school next to the canteen, he slammed the door causing the windows to rattle in the old door. I can assure you that he got the attention of everyone in the room. Mr. MacKay was my English teacher and for the first week of classes it was the same procedure with the door slammed. The following week the door was closed gently and everyone was on their best behaviour. Mr.MacKay was respected by everyone in the classroom and an very good teacher. My recollection is of enjoying his class very much and having a great deal of respect for him. I had wished that he would have been my teacher for many more of my classes. My condolences to his family. The world has lost a wonderful man.

I send condolences to Pat, to all their extended family and to all their friends, far and near. It was a pleasure to be part of the choir at Holy Rosary cathedra, along with Pat and Ken, for many years. I am grateful for the excellent care given to Ken in his final days and I'd like to thank the writer of the excellent obituary. Rest in peace, dear Ken.

My deepest sympathy is extended to Pat and family. It was my pleasure to serve on the Regina Summer Stage Board with Ken many years ago. He always had the voice of reason as well as a wonderful sense of humour. Words cannot express what is felt in my heart about the loss to our community of this wonderful man.

I was very saddened to read of Ken's passing and send my thoughts to Pat and Ken's family and friends. He was a mentor to me and a friend for many years. I have fond memories of working together on the 3rd floor of the Legislative buildings when the prosecutions office was located there and hours spent on hot summer afternoons practising the play on the Trial of Louis Riel with Ken, who acted as prosecutor in the play that year. I read the other parts and he practiced his. I remember his sense of humour and his laughter.
