My deepest condolences to the Treso family. Barclay and I go back many years, grade 8 to be exact. I do remember this happy guy join our school and play in every sport our school and Canora had to offer. He was phenomenal and I was glad to be his teammate and friend. Barclay, I was saddened to hear of your sudden passing and was hoping to say goodbye in person but won’t be able to join you so I’ll say goodbye here. You and I lost touch in recent years but you were always part of some of the fondest memories I have from high school. Thanks for being part of that and I will think of those days fondly. To his parents Rosemarie & John, God give you both the strength to stay strong for the rest of the family. It's always difficult for a parent to lose a child at any age. My condolences to Barclay’s family. My favorite memories of him are watching him play high school sports. He was such an amazing athlete. I loved watching him play volleyball. He had a great vertical and could hit the ball so hard it was fun to watch. Hockey was the best because there were so many Treso brother goals, one assisting the other. I wasn’t close to him as I was with Travis, but I know they had such a great relationship. His dad was my high school principal, and I got to know the family well. I know he was a great father to his son, and a great friend to many. My heart goes out to all of you at this time. You are all on my thoughts and prayers.
