Kim & Lauren, So very sad to hear of Mitch's passing. He was way to young to leave you all. His character was bigger than life and when Mitch was around you sure knew it as there was laughter, joking, stories & shenanigans. We have many memories of you guys at Mom & Dad's in your early years in MC. Mitch was a faithful friend to Jim & probably should have a medal for all the times Dad called on him for computer help & just about any other task. They were quite the pair together & I should probably just leave it there hey Kim. I remember so well when Mitch called Mom & Dad to let them know Lauren had arrived, what a proud Dad he was & you've always been the greatest gift he could have received Lauren. Hold each close, continue to support each other through this unbelievable loss & unwanted adjustment to life. Mitch can now tinker with all his dream vehicles, fish, camp every day on his beloved Jan Lake with restored health. He'll be with you all in memory & spirit. Our most sincere, heartfelt sympathies Kim, Lauren & his family. Mitch will never be forgotten! Lori & Arlen

I don't know how and what to say here. I am just so sad that I could not have a chance to see Mtich again since May in 2019. I always wished to meet him with Kim and Lauren, and I was sure that we would have another fun day not too long. With his warm smile, he always welcomed Jasmine, Joon and me like family when we lived in Maple Creek from Korea. I thank him for everything he did for us, especially for Jasmine. He was like her dad while Joon was in Korea. I will cherish all the laughs and memories we shared on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas days. Thank you, Mitch! I will miss you and your humor. I am sorry, Kim and Lauren, I am not with you guys there, but my heart is there with you. Joy, praying for you and your entire family Vancouver BC

My sincerest condolences to Jim, Audrey, Kimberley, Lauren and all the family. Although we never kept in touch after school, Mitch has had. A lifelong impact on me. I thought of him on June 13th, never forget his birthday after all these years. He lived down the block from me in Margo and he was my best friend. He always had such a great sense of humour, I recall many of his antics during school years. It was with great sadness that I recieved the news of his passing as I was so looking forward to a visit with him since I had learned that he was working at HLV with my neice, Cassidy Haas, but with Covid restrictions this past year I was unable to make it and I'm regretful.
