Obituary of William Frank Wells

Bill passed away unexpectedly on August 13, 2021 at the age of 51 years. He was predeceased by his father Robert Edmund Wells.  Bill is survived by his mother Viviane (Albert Svingen) Smith; special friend Melanie; brothers Robert S. (Lorraine Isaac) Wells, John Louis (Leslie) Keenan; special nephew Jehk Keenan; special niece Cheyenne Isaac and her children Drayton and Brooklyn; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him very much. Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill’s name to the Pine Lodge Treatment Centre, 211 Otterloo Street, Indian Head, SK S0G 2K0 or the RQHR Addiction Treatment Centre, 1640 Victoria Ave, Regina, SK S4P 0P7.
