Obituary of Eric Anthony LeJour

It is with profound sadness that the family of Eric Anthony LeJour announce the sudden passing of our beloved father, papa, brother, uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend.

Eric passed away at the age of 63 years on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. He was predeceased by his parents Fred Albert McKenzie and Vera Edna May LeJour/McKenzie, and his brother Kenneth Francis LeJour. Eric is survived, and leaves to mourn his passing; his children Jayke and Terri of BC; special friend Wendy Pratt and their children Alex, Gage, Bronson, and Chett of Regina; grandchildren Nevaeh and Danelle, Kashtin and Quentin of BC; sisters Mirtz (Rob) and Sharon; brother Michael LeJour (Corinne); niece Shannon LeJour; nephews Leon and Jesse LeJour; a special cousin Barn McKenzie and numerous other family and friends.

Eric was a great man who took joy in helping others.  He was full of wisdom and compassion, always a listening ear with great advice to give.  Eric worked hard his whole life from the age of fifteen up until the two weeks before the Lord called him home.  He took pride in all that he did, he also had a passion for playing guitar and singing.  Eric will be dearly missed, and forever in our hearts.
