To Jon-Paul, Paula and families.....my heart goes out to you all. I have some great memories of our times with you all when you were kids and especially when we were "on the road". My sincere condolences to Paula, Jon Paul and families in the loss of your dad. I was saddened to hear of his passing. Your dad did have that infectious smile and always positive outlook on life although losing his wife Pat was so difficult for him. After she passed he would talk about spending time with his kids and grandkids with such enthusiasm and always looked forward to those times. Jon Paul, Paula and family, Your father has left us with many cherished memories. We will always remember the time we spent together. The visiting, skiing holidays, fishing trips and travel were times filled with much happiness and love. His big smile and kind heart made the world a better place. Your father taught us about blueberry picking at the lake and did we ever learn how to catch the big fish. He also shared his best gardening tips and seeds with us. It was always wonderful to see Peter at Ukrainian dance competitions or Malanka. He always seemed so happy to reconnect and get caught up on family news. Jon-Paul, Bernie, Thomas, Abigail and all of Peter’s Family. I was very saddened to learn of the passing of my “rink grandpa” this morning. Peter and I would often sit together as we watched Thomas, Jack and Luke play for the Titans. I came to look forward to the great conversations we had during those games.
