Obituary of Stanley Morgan Spray

Stan, late of Regina, SK passed away peacefully on September 21, 2021 at the age of 76 years. He was predeceased by parents Samuel and Ose Spray. Stan is survived by sons Sean and Tyrone Spray; daughter Claire Spray; sisters Holly and Sherry; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Stan grew up as an adventurous person, spending his time between Regina and Regina Beach. His desire for challenge later led him to joining the RCMP. After graduation he journeyed to British Columbia, where he continued to enjoy his love of the beaches, and his passion for martial arts and fitness. He won many championships and later opened his own martial arts school.

Eventually Stan left the RCMP and attended the U of R, where he earned a Bachelor of Physical Activity Studies. After graduation he returned to policing, which is the path he stayed on until retirement.

Stan loved to spend time with his children. At every possible moment, he took them to Regina Beach to fish and swim; Moose Jaw to visit the Western Development Museum and Spa; road trips to BC; and playing racquetball and lifting weights at the YMCA.

He will be greatly missed. His love and gentleness will always be remembered by his loved ones.
