Brian was on the road working most of his career with IBEW, he was willing to go far and wide for work to support his family. He loved every moment with his family at many gatherings, especially at the cabin at White Bear Lake. His family was his pride and joy, and he would take any opportunity to brag them up or share a picture. Brian was an avid Rider and Blue Jays fan, and he did his best to watch every game that was televised, he was able to go and see Riders play at the new stadium, a moment that he often talked about. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Pasqua Hospital where they took such good care of him in his final days.
