Our condolences for Rick, Heather & Ian on Irene"s passing. Irene was always a loving and caring person! Regent Park School was my first teaching position and I was fortunate enough to be next to Irene's classroom. Irene listened to me whenever I had a long, hard day of teaching & offered her suggestions. We were thankful for the visit we made to Irene a few years back.

My deepest condolences are extended to Rick, Heather and Ian, on the loss of a beautiful and caring lady, Irene, wife and mother.
I was privileged to meet the Temple family firstly from behind the customer service counter at Canada Post in White City, SK and later when my hubby John sold dressed lambs to them. Our friendship continued even after her MS diagnosis and chance meetings at the United Church in Balgonie, when Rick would wheel Irene in for the monthly breakfasts. She always had a smile for everyone and even when speaking became difficult her eyes and smile lit up the room. We all lost an earthly Angel and heaven has gained that angel who more than likely leads the choir. God bless you all

Sending love from St. John's. Aunt Irene was truly one of the best people I have ever known. As a little girl, I absolutely adored her, and as an adult, I admired her and her unfailing good humour. I know this is a tough time for you all. xoxo Heather, Ian, and Uncle Rick.

Irene was an important part of our after-church get-togethers on Zoom — and a faithful attendee. She didn't hesitate to let all of us know just how much she looked forward to our chats. We'll miss you, Irene.
