Obituary of Sandra Mae Short

Sandra Short (nee Spasoff), late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2021 at the age of 78 years. She was predeceased by her parents Chris and Mary Spasoff; and brother Donald Spasoff. Sandra is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Jason Short and Annabelle Mang, their children Peter and Eleanor and her “grand-dog” Eli.  

Sandra’s life was defined by volunteerism, love of travel and her love for her family and animals. She found satisfaction in her many hours spent helping at the Dr. AE Perry Library and the Canadian Red Cross. In her travels, she enjoyed exploring places such as Hawaii and Mexico and loved visiting family in California and Michigan. Most important of all, Sandra was always there for her family. Often helping her son, grandchildren and grand-dogs. She will be missed.
