Michael Shawn Roy late of Regina SK., passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife of 9 years and his children by his side after a battle with cancer at the age of 53. He was predeceased by his mother Jeanette Roy; father Ken Lang; and his grandma Lang. Mike is survived by his wife Maggie and their children Ashley (Kenneth), Rebecca, Cortni (Jeffrey), Khrishtian (Savannah), Chelsi (Reuben), Brandon, Sabrina, Trentan, Dalton and Shayna; thirteen grandchildren; sister Jenine (Rob); brother Daniel; nieces and nephews, and many other family members.

Mike enjoyed spending time with his uncle and aunt, Irvin and Shirley out on the farm, hanging out with grandma Gyorfi. He loved fishing, and riding his motorcycle but his greatest passion was spending quality time with his family and friends.

Visitation for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK., on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.  Reception and Celebration of Mike’s life will follow at the Jolly Rogers Tavern, 4109 5th Avenue, Regina, SK., at 3:00 p.m.
