Obituary of Denise Marie Wilker

Denise Marie Wilker, late of Strasbourg, SK passed away peacefully on December 11, 2021 at the Regina Pasqua Hospital. Denise is survived by her loving parents Joyce and Edwin Wilker; partner Marvin Panchyk;  brothers Mike Wilker, Jeff (Val) Wilker, Jay (Karen) Wilker, and Tim (Cheryl) Wilker; Godson Jasper Simmons; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  

Denise was born in Regina, Saskatchewan and raised on the family farm near Strasbourg, Saskatchewan along with her four brothers who she kept in line. She graduated from William Derby High School and worked for a number of businesses in Strasbourg before attending cosmetology school in Regina. Denise then worked as a hair stylist for 21 years in Strasbourg and loved working and visiting with her clients.  

Denise loved spending time with family and enjoyed family gatherings and celebrations. She loved to travel. Denise traveled across Canada on many trips with Marvin and also went to Las Vegas with best friends Barb Gritzfeldt and Amber Kostal. She cherished her pets. She had a green thumb and loved gardening and flowers.
