Obituary of Allan Raymond Hawes

Allan, late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2022 at the age of 68 years. He was predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Flyna Hawes; sister Lillian and brother Bill. Allan is survived by daughter Peggy (Dustin) Cowgill; son Richard (Wendy) Hawes; grandchildren, Makida (Austin) La Rose, Jordan Hawes, Trea Keepness, Tyra (Rylan) Hawes, Abigail (Damian) Hawes, Andrew Hawes, and Morgan Hawes; great grandchildren, Sage, Maci, Ivy, Walker, Kali, Dollshay, Nadia, and Tyrese; as well as many close friends and family. Allan was a man of many words, “quiet and shy” as he would say, and his no nonsense personality will be missed by many. Allan was often found in his garage tinkering with cars or searching for wildlife and hunting with his dog Tucker. A celebration of Allan’s life will be held at Speers Family Centre, 2333 Cornwall Street,  Regina, SK, on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends so wishing to may make donations in memoriam, to the Saskatchewan Heart and Stroke Foundation, 1738 Quebec Street, Regina, SK, S7K 1V9 or the Regina Humane Society, Box 3143, Regina, SK, S4P 3G7 in honour of his beloved Tucker.
