My condolences to Dianne and family on your loss.
I met Wayne many years ago when his family and mine were growing up. Since then our lives have drifted apart but Wayne
was one of those down to earth good guys who you never forget..
May God and family help you Dianne, through these tough times.

That is just one of the many memories we have and thought of you guys many of time over the years wishing we were closer to visit even tho we weren't that far away. Much love Bob & Cherry

My condolences to Wayne's family. I worked with Wayne at the South Sask River Dam project and crossed paths with him a couple of times over the years. I understand that his work on earth fill dam inspection and safety protocols became the "gold standard" for the industry. I know he will be missed.

Condolences to the Billingsley family. Wayne was one of the real characters of PFRA, it was my pleasure to work and travel with Wayne on many inspections to southwest Saskatchewan. I enjoyed Wayne’s tales about his time at Gardiner Dam aka the PFRA temple. He also became know as the regional pipeline as he seemed to know what everyone was up to and what they were doing. We had many laughs – I will miss you Wayne.

I started working at PFRA in 1969 at which time I met Wayne for the first time. Wayne's wife was my husbands cousin which we didn't know at the time. She invited us for supper and to my surprise I met Wayne at the door and we had quite the laugh. So for the next 52 years we have had a very close relationship. There is a void and sadness in our heart that can never be filled. Goodbye Wayne, we love you.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. Wayne was a great neighbour, always ready to chat about anything, especially the riders. He always seemed to be happy with a big smile and a warm greeting.

I’m so thankful to have so many great memories with the Billingsley family. Lots of dam trips, road trips including the Sturgis bike rally. Mr. B will be missed, definitely felt like part of the family.

Ever since I was a teenager, Wayne and I talked about racing bikes. I wish we had, although he probably would’ve beaten me. Wayne was a warm personality that loved the kids that came through his door. He was also a good dad who raised some good kids that I know and love. He is fondly missed.
