We knew Ivy at St. James church. She and Earl contributed much to that community.
She will be missed but always remembered. We send our condolences.

Sending our sympathy to Ivy’s family
I have many memories of my friend Ivy as we were neighbours for 25 years and good friends forever. She was always a supportive friend and always there for me. I remember we had a dog Cindy. We were going away on holidays and were going to leave the dog in the kennels. Nothing would do that Ivy would keep it, so generous in nature!
We shared family times too and she was always there to share her time and talents. She never gave up on me though when I didn’t really take to acquiring her knitting skills.
Ivy and I belonged in a bridge club for over 40 years. We had fun times visiting, bridge playing and enjoying each others company. We always looked forward to having our wind up Christmas bridge evening at Ivy’s place. Her decorative skills shone with the red bows tied on the chandeliers and the delicious decorated fancy cookies. The dainties served were from Ivy’s family tradition of cookie making with her children and grandchildren always on the long week end in November. This was Ivy’s efficient and energetic happy self in motion.
Ivy was the Matriarch of yourfamily and made you all strong through the sharing of her life skills.
With our sympathy and love,
Ralph and Louise

Janice, Bruce, Bill and your families. My sincere sympathy to you all. I have so many happy memories of your Mom, having played bridge with her for many years. She was an amazing hostess in your home and a fun person just to be around. One I especially remember is her doing the 'Daffy Dinner' for her bridge friends and I think you Bill were there helping out. She was so proud of all of you.
