May you find comfort in God’s promise at Revelation 21:3.4.
“God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear
from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning
nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things has passed
away.”

To Terry, Leanne and family,
I was so very sorry to hear of Brad's passing. I have so many wonderful memories of him as a teenager. He was this quiet, steady force with a dry and sarcastic sense of humor that kept me in stitches. He was humble and a loyal friend.
There is no question that Brad was headed to the NHL, but God had bigger plans for him. He inspired and enriched the lives of everyone around him and taught us to be grateful and brave.
Rest In Peace Brad.

Our thoughts and prayers Terry & Leanne as we remember so many beautiful memories of our frequent and always welcome house guest Brad. Brad’s visits always brought laughter, joy, and often mischievousness to our home. As we reflect on these wonderful memories we often think of Grandpa Bud, Brads best Friend and support along with you and Leanne, Terry. Often also think of your Moms early struggles Terry and the very sad loss of Larry. Our trips to Sask have been few and far between over the years with our move to Alberta and Craig and Cara so far away, but you have always remained in our hearts. May you find peace in the beautiful memories and peace in knowing that this very special young man’s tough journey has allowed him to be free of the struggles so bravely fought. Cliff & Carol Wiest

It is with great sadness that I lose one of my closest High School friends. My thoughts and prayers are with the Hornung family through this time. Brad was not only an excellent athlete, but a great student as well and continued his excellence in education in his life which always remained an inspiration to me. He was a great friend and a giving person. I know he is now in heaven looking down on all of us now watching over his family and friends.
God bless and rest in peace Brad.
