I first met Bill when I was a newly appointed vice principal in the Regina Catholic School system, almost 50 years ago. Bill was my principal and through him I learned the very important intelligent, ethical and gentle school administration characteristics among many. Bill made every situation better, and the world a much much better place. His good works live on through all who were so blessed as to have experienced him.
Thank you Marge for your team work with Bill in order to give us him.

I first met Bill when I began my teaching career in Regina in the sixties. I was so fortunate to have worked with him in three different schools. He was so good to me and so good for me. Bill was my mentor and an outstanding role model. We had coffee together a few years back and shared many memories of the past. I am honored to say that he was my favorite principal to work under. I am saddened at his passing. I liked his calmness, sense of humor, dignity, and support. he will be missed by many. Thanks for all you did for me Bill ... rest in peace

Our hearts go out to the family and friends of Bill. He held a special place in our family too. I have fond memories of him on stage with my Dad fiddling out a great polka! I’ll always remember when I was a child, he nicknamed me “Susie” and later was always interested in hearing about my experiences as a teacher. Bill was a kind, talented and fun loving man. His wisdom and gentle nature will be missed by many who had the pleasure of knowing him.
