Obituary of Ann Elizabeth Holowatiuk

Ann Holowatiuk passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Pasqua Hospital at the age of 88 years.  She was predeceased by her loving husband Orest; parents, John and Emma; In-laws, William and Dora Holowatiuk; brothers, Ewald, Walter, Wilfred, Allan; sisters-in-law, Ida and Shirley Hubick, and Hannah Elliott; brothers-in-law, Mike Yacusiw and Cliff Elliott; nephew Wayne and nieces Merle and Dodi.  Ann is survived by sisters-in-law, Rose and Florence Hubick, Mary Yacusiw,  and Violet (Jack) Hoffman; brothers-in-law, Bill (Pat) Holowatiuk, Nestor (Cathy) Holowatiuk as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.  A special thank you to Bahri and the staff at McMurchy Care Home, the nurses on 3A and 4A at the Pasqua hospital for the compassionate care they provided to Ann.  Funeral service will held at St. Basil’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1757 Toronto Street, Regina, SK on Monday March 14, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Warren Dungen presiding.  Interment to follow in Regina Memorial Gardens.  To view the livestream of the service please click on the link above which will be made available on the date and time of the service.
