I was sorry to learn of Sharon’s passing. Sharon was a smart, kind, empathetic, hard working nurse. She was definitely patient centred. I worked with Sharon for many years in CCU/CSU at Pasqua Hospital. It was evident how much Sharon loved her family, supporting them throughout life’s challenges. She was so proud of her home, not once but twice! And her yard was her joy. In her battle with cancer, she certainly did her research and made sure she had the best, newest treatments, and surgeries. She was quite the woman! Rest In peace Sharon. My condolences to Doug, her sons and extended families. Laura Lee Tuchscherer.

I worked with Sharon for many years at the Pasqua Hospital. One often wondered how she had so much energy. She pursued her goals with passion. This enabled her to not only raise a family, maintain a career, but also to fight cancer diagnoses for almost three decades. It was her love and knowledge of gardening that she shared with us that was so special. I wasn't aware that there were so many different kinds of roses!! Condolences to her husband, her sons and their families. Blessings and prayers as you celebrate Sharon's life.

i worked with sharon for many years she was always so full of energy and passion for anything she did .she always talked about the love she had for her husband and children . sharon was quite the conversationalist . we had a annual tour the greenhouses for a couple of years once sharon was in the greenhouse she was off and running . we found ourselves looking for sharon as well as plants lol. she loved making her yard beautiful with plants .despite the painful downtimes sharon had with her medical condition,sharon seemed to manage all the things in life that were important to her. she was a real go getter.my condolences to sharon"s family she wii be missed donna wirth
