My sincere condolences to the Kolitsas families on the passing of George. He definitely was one of a kind. I really enjoyed working at Golf’s for twenty years .We sure worked hard but sure had fun doing it. We had a great team working there and somehow we became family. Beloved Theo George, so many wonderful memories, the oldest one was over 45 years ago when you came to CT, taught my brother Dino and I to play Tavli, cooked fried chicken, and made us laugh. My son Kevin Selby worked for George and his brothers for quite a few years at Hill Ave. and also at Park Street Huston Pizza Restaurants. I have many fond memories of George, working with him at Golf’s Steak House for twenty years. I can vividly remember walking through the doors of Golf’s 42 years ago (April, 1980) and meeting George for the first time. In all the years I was there I was treated like family; it became a second home for me. My sympathy goes out to all family members at this difficult time. So sorry for your loss.
