I so enjoyed Carl,s visits when the Lilly Dippers were in the dragon boat races.
I have so many good memories of sweat pea, and how he was always there for the Lilly Dippers .

I always was excited when our city cousins came to the farm for a visit (this was the mid sixties) for some reason we always end up with a little roughhousing on the front grass...never initiated by and only somewhat tolerated by Carl. Carl always seemed to be calm and in control and I didn't see this change throughout his life. Susan,Arvid, Dorothea, Laurel and families please accept our condolences, our thoughts are with you.

I was a teenager when cousin Carl used to visit his Auntie Alma and family in Estevan. That was back in the 1970's. Carl told great stories of his pastimes over supper and he did have that twinkle in his eye. Where has the time gone? Rest in peace Carl.

Dear Susan, We are saddened to read that Carl has died. Our memory is of him building his airplane in your parent's garage. What an ambitious man he was. I was happy to meet you on the walking trail last summer. Grief is a very hard process, and it is my hope that you will take one day at a time as you navigate the days ahead of you. Carl alway had that twinkle in his eye, you were never sure if he was being serious until he cracked a smile, acting with him was always a pleasure and he is missed. Rest In Peace Carl.
