Obituary of Alex Pelletier
Alexander Peter Pelletier, late of Regina, SK, passed away on May 2, 2022 at the age of 70 years. He was born in Russell, Manitoba on May 15, 1951. Alex went to Foulliard School in the community of Ste. Madeleine, which we called “Down the Corner.”
Alex spent most of his life giving and helping other people. Majority of his work involved serving the needy and feeding the less fortunate. He enjoyed singing, dancing, joking, cooking, and most of all being a parent, grandparent and great-grandparent
Alex is survived by his daughter/niece, Tobi Pelletier; grandson Keiron Thomson; granddaughter Keirsten Thomson; grandson Teegan Hanas; great-grand-daughters Karina Rapinchuk and Aubree Tourangeau; brother Paul Pelletier (Fran); sister Mary Fleury; brother Harvey (Rabbit) Pelletier (Verna); brother George (Jack) Pelletier (Elaine); sister Beatrice Pelletier; brother Henry Pelletier; and brother Kenny Pelletier (Michael Kitchen (deceased). He was predeceased by his father Louis Pelletier and mother Pauline Pelletier; Ross Ledoux (Vincent, deceased) brother Frank Pelletier; and sister Janet Pelletier.
Public Visitation will be held at St. Mary’s Parish Hall, 2026 Winnipeg Street, Regina, SK, on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Joseph R.C. Church, 332 Augusta Street, Russell, MB on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
