So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Bill was one of the most conscientious, hard working town operators I had the pleasure of meeting. He knew how just about everything worked and was never afraid to take on a repair challenge, which is rare in todays world. Bill's opinions and his sense of humour was always a source of amusement. I will miss our conversations and friendship.
