I used to work at Robin’s donuts and George use to come every night. I always seen him so happy and positive. He was a great man so helpful. I found out today that he was gone last year. I tried so many times to contact him. I miss you George.

George came by to visit while we were moving a tranny. Without a word he jumped in with young guys to help. Oil spilled, he took the wet spot so others wouldn’t slip. That spoke VOLUME. The world has one less good guy.

Knew George from coffees at Robin's Donuts or Tim Horton's...will miss him and his stories..whenever he lefr he would say I am going to be like Hank Snow...I am moving on...he was always so happy and funny.

The farm in Kayville, my moms house ,our family restaurant in Kayville any so many more . My memory of Uncle George was thru my grandma Vicky , I loved it when they would come get me from school and off to Edmonton to visit relatives or off to visit friends or even sneak me off to see a boyfriend , he always wanted to help everyone out . No matter who you were , his heart was huge for a little guy , lol .... but always loved his smile and his endless jokes , wow he kept them coming , What makes me smile is no matter how hard he worked on the farm or in the city , he would drop what he was doing and help someone out , we had great many parties with him in the centre . I’m sorry that the last time I saw him he was the same man I grew up with , he will always have a special place in my heart for all he has done for me and my family and will sadly be missed .... love you Uncle George

Uncle George will be missed. I don't have much memory of my great grandma Vicky as she passed away when i was young but i do have many memories with uncle George. I know we would go to Robin donuts by the house and get donuts and coffee and he would have many buddies there as it was one of his regular coffee hangouts. He was my god father as well and I loved hearing his jokes as he was so comical all the time. I'm glad I got to see him last summer when I came out to Regina, sad to know that it was my last time though. Rest in peace uncle George and thank for being you and also for keeping Grandma's grave pretty all the time. Xoxo

My memories of uncle George was with my Grandma Vicky!!! He was a very kind loving man !! They would both take me early on the weekend to the Great Skate in Regina and watch me for hours !!’ Then spoil me again at McDonald’s!! This was a weekly tradition which to me was. The best a little girl could ask for !!! We shared birthdays,Christmas’s,memories at Grandmas place ,at the farm’s In Kayville ,mom and dads restaurant in Kayville and so many more . George will be greatly missed by the people on our block. He was very kind to us when we moved here 22 years ago. Very helpful and informative. We will miss our snow shoveling partner as we did 3/4 of the block working together. Our deepest condolences to his family and friends.
