Obituary of Leokadia Rozycki

Leokadia Rozycki, late of Regina, SK passed away peacefully on Friday, June 17, 2022.  She was predeceased by her husband Richard. Leokadia is survived by her children, Scott (Monica) and their daughter Candice; Victoria (Kevin); Stephen (Brenda) and their children Ryland and Sam; and Eddy. 

Leokadia immigrated to Canada from Poland in 1957. A big part of her life was devoted to church and the Polish Community. She was one of the founding members and first dance instructors of the Polish dance group. Leokadia also volunteered countless hours coordinating the kitchen for St. Anthony’s Church and many Mosaics.  

Leokadia was a special person that touched the hearts of all that knew her. She was a kind, selfless, humble, hardworking angel that always put others before herself. Leokadia was a talented seamstress, spoke several languages, was versed in poetry, and was an exceptional cook. She will be deeply missed. 

Prayers will be held at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, 2275 Atkinson Street, Regina, SK on Sunday, July 3, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church on Monday, July 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m.
