To Sheila Williams and family. I grew up with Dale and although we’ve not spent much time together in the last few years every time we spoke was like no time had passed. The last time I talked to him was when he phoned to wish me a happy birthday in May. We talked about the cars we loved when we were young and the people we knew and loved. I will miss him. Condolences to Sheila and family.

Dale;
you are always a close cousin to me....we have shared so many family gatherings and you have surprised me by arriving unexpectedly at our many family events. We shared so many wonderful debates and topics of concern...like electronics in digital for analog form and what the next generation of artificial intelligence would be...and then photography. Dale always had a passion for doing photographs, even as a young guy. He could really hold his own on the topic of lenses and shutter speeds, etc. He every known camera in the world it seemed to me and he knew the best and worked with the best. His photographic skills show it and put him at the top podium, in my mind. Dale will always be remembered as a guy I could could phone, text, or email to chat about something I had on my mind. I always had a happy feeling when our chat time was over...so Dale:- here is hoping you have your camera with you and a fresh load of batteries so you can now record all the true colours of Heaven as you journey forward.
sincerely
Clarence (Rusnell) & Donna

So sorry to hear of Dale’s passing. I went to photography with him at SIAST. While I’m younger than Dale, we were the ‘old’ students and so we made an easy connection with each other and the instructors. And of course over food- I never understood how a guy with no sense of smell could enjoy food so much! I’ll miss having another meal with him. My condolences to his family. You were the most important to him and I know he will be missed greatly. Barb Parchman - Swift Current

To the Williams family
I worked with Dale at SaskTel in Policy, Rates and Regulatory Affairs and he was just the nicest person to work with. I will always remember him for lending me a copy of “The Hobbit”’ thereby introducing me to the whole Lord of The Rings series. Even after all these years, every time one of those movies comes on TV, I think of Dale. Please accept my condolences on your loss.
