Obituary of Inez Marguerite Anderson

Inez Marguerite Anderson, late of Bethune, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2022 at the age of 102 years. She was predeceased by her husband Robert; son Murray; and parents Albert and Emma Lillian McMurray. Inez was the last remaining member of her other 9 McMurray siblings. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Diane Anderson; son Gary (Karen) Anderson; daughters Marlene (Wayne) McKechnie and Glenda (Tom) Bokinac. Inez will also be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren Marc Anderson (Kelly McGinnis); Lesli (Tyler) Gawley, Charlotte and Veronica; Geoff (Lacey) Anderson, Seager, Swayze, and Stiles; Ginny Scott (Jason Kitzul) and Austyn; Becky (Adrian) Halter, Holden, Hollis and Emmie; Bobbi Anderson (Wade Holowaty); Evan  (Becky) McKechnie, Luke, Layne, Lyla and Livianna; Preston McKechnie (Carmen Brudevold), Carson and Hudson; Michael McKechnie; Myles (Rhea) Bokinac, Calista and Carson; Lisa (Jason) Vavra, Adyson and Bentley; and Bradley (Courtney) Bokinac, Wesley and Roman. Inez was a woman of faith who loved to be surrounded by family, especially her grandchildren. They all grew up knowing the love of a very special lady. Inez lived her final 17 years at the Lumsden Heritage Home where she received excellent care and was loved by the staff. The Anderson family extends a huge thank you for all the care she received. Her Memorial Service will take place at K+S Bethune Community Hall on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 2:00 pm with Interment to follow at the Bethune Cemetery. Please dress casually.
