Obituary of Peter Breti

May 1, 1941 - September 8, 2022

Peter was the last of seven children to be born to Maynard and Agnes Breti.  They homesteaded Southwest of Lestock, SK until they retired in the early sixties when Peter took over the family farm.  Around this same time, he married Lillian Beresh and together they raised a family and farmed until recent years. 

Peter passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Regina General Hospital on Thursday, September 8, 2022.  He will be sadly missed by all that knew him. 

Peter was predeceased by his parents; brothers George, Bill, Tony, and John; and sister Elizabeth.

Peter is survived by his wife Lillian of Lestock; son Andrew (Linda) of Vegreville, grandchildren Jenna, and Jasmine of Edmonton; son James (Cathy), grandchild Ryan of Martensville; and daughter Patty (Mark Humphreys), grandchildren Alex, and Katie of Regina; and brother Mike of Winnipeg. 

A Celebration of Peters life will be held at the Breti farm on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
