Obituary of Betty Stark

1930 - 2022

A Graveside Service of love and remembrance will be held to honour the lives of Bob and Betty Stark on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.  The service will be held in Rosedale Cemetery, 1804 Caribou Street West, Moose Jaw, SK.

Bob and Betty met and were married at Zion United Church in Moose Jaw, SK. In 1954.  Together with their golden retriever Duke they moved into a small but cozy house near the ballpark.  They made their home in Moose Jaw until moving their family to Port Coquitlam, BC in 1969.  Eventually, they would move to Maple Ridge, BC and finally settle in Abbotsford, BC to be closer to their grandchildren.

Betty was sweet, funny, smart and her priority was her family.  Bob was friendly, kind and always willing to help.  They will both be deeply missed by friends and family alike. They are lovingly remembered by their four children Wendy, Nancy, Randy (Donna) and Ken; their grandchildren Carson (Gabby), Danae (Don), Landon, and Danica; as well as two brothers Rod and Dick; and several nieces and nephews.
