Obituary of June Sanders

June Ann Sanders, late of Regina SK, passed away peacefully, with family by her side on September 29, 2022 at the age of 86, after exceptional care provided by staff of the Regina Lutheran Home.

Born in Lafleche, Saskatchewan, June was predeceased by her husband Gerald Sanders in 1980. Widowed at the age of 43, June worked at Sears then at the University of Regina business office until she retired at age 65. June also taught piano to many of her grandchildren over the years. 

June was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be missed by her children Joan and Paul Isaak and family, Hal and Kellie Sanders and family, Don and Linda Sanders and family, Dan and Lori Sanders and family, Sandra and Kim Fink and family and Cheryl Gettle and family.

A private family graveside service to honour June’s life will be held in Riverside Memorial Park. Family, and friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the Alzheimer’s Society of Saskatchewan, 2550 12th Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 3X1.
