Obituary of Francis Ethel Fisher

Ethel, late of Regina, SK and Bethune, SK, passed away on October 12, 2022, at 97 years of age. She was predeceased by spouses Michael (Mike) Zahn and Norman Fisher; parents Gerald and Lydia McLean; brothers Jack and Don McLean; sister Gayle Payette; and daughter Linda Poole. She is survived by daughter Sandra (Dick) Leigh; grandson Cameron (Catherine); great granddaughter Jade; grandson Devon; son Sheldon (Brenda) Zahn; grandson Nathan; grandson Cole (Brit); great-grandchildren Quinn and Sawyer; grandson Kinsey; grandson Teigan (Danielle); great grandson Colby; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Mike and Ethel raised their family on a farm outside of Bethune. Ethel took great joy in life and was noted for her quick wit. She enjoyed a very active social life, participated in sports, sang in choir, and was active in her community, including 30 years with the Red Cross. A private family interment will take place in Bethune, SK.
