Obituary of Dina Tazzioli

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dina Tazzioli. Dina passed away in the comforts of her care home, William Albert House, on November 11, 2022. She was born on July 23, 1938, in Corsica France, and later moved back to Frassinoro, Modena, Italy, where her family originated.

Dina married the love of her life, Antonio “Tony” Tazzioli in 1960, and immigrated to Canada to build a life with him. Dina worked as a hairstylist in Italy and continued that work in Canada. She was thrilled to be a mother of two sons, and later a grandmother to four grandchildren.

Known for her caring and reserved nature, Dina valued family and close friends. Aside from hairstyling, she was often seen tending to her vegetable garden, planting flowers, and preparing home-cooked Italian meals. Dina enjoyed gathering family for any occasion, and did a great job making sure we were all well fed.

We would like to extend a special thank you to the William Albert House family for their loving support and compassionate care of Dina over the past few years. Your dedication to maintaining her quality of life provided much comfort and peace to all of us. Thank-you.

The funeral will be held on Monday, November 21^st, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., in the Speers Funeral Chapel located at 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK. Interment at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery. A brief visitation will occur prior to the service, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
