Irene, or Mrs. Zacharuk as I always called her, was a wonderful lady! As the mum of my best friend from college days, she would always welcome me wherever she was, even if it wasn’t her home! “Fun and quirky personality” is exactly right! She would often make comments that would take me a second to realize she was only kidding! Her sense of humour was wonderful! I’m so sorry for her family and friends loss. She was a special person and will be missed! Love to you all ❤️

A very special lady, known as Auntie Irene across the street in Yorkton. Our boys could not wait to be invited over to play. A special time was when we saw the Christmas tree up, as they knew we would be invited over to see the many Hallmark ornaments. Irene was the most kindhearted lady. Forever remembered, eternal memory.
