I was shocked and sad to here of a dear old friends passing Billy and I became friends shortly after I moved to the beach in 1976 we were close to be neighbors we met through Moses the crow which never liked me!! I loved Billy with all my heart such a kind soft spoken gentle person from his teens to adulthood I will miss him so very sorry for your great loss of a wonderful dad Rest easy my friend

Sending our sincere condolences to Sara, Lucas, Sheree and Tiger. Billy was one of our oldest beach friends. It will be sad to not see him or bump into him on the streets of Regina Beach. Remembering many fond memories of days gone by. Big hugs to all of you and your families.

Sheree Sorry to hear of the passing of Billy. Another one of the Beach Gang gone to soon. Say hi to them all Billy from those of us still here. We worked together one summer in the 80s at the restaurant in craven A pack of 5 rebel teens we would have food fights when the boss was away. It was vicious but fun. One day we saw the boss coming in earlier than expected… we had to run and make ourselves look busy. Billy on the next shift reported finding thawed carrots in his shirt. It was nice to have met you!
