Obituary of Mee Kuen Fong

Mee Kuen Fong passed away peacefully and went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Friday, February 24, 2023 at the age of 92 years. She was predeceased by her parents; husband Wayne; son Dennis; daughter-in-law Kit Wan; brother-in-law James; and nephew John Yu.  Mee is survived by her son David; daughters Irene, and Wailene (Philip) Kwong; daughter-in-law Joan; grandchildren Ian (Queenie), Jemia (Tim), Andrea, Ariella, Aaron (Helen), Faith (Daniel), Naomi, and Erin (Anson); great-grandchildren Gabriella, Cohen, Micah, Lennon, and Isla; brother Yee On Yu (Ching Hsia); sister-in-law Kim; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the healthcare team on 3E at Regina General Hospital for their care. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Friday, March 10, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will take place at Regina Chinese Alliance Church, 3010 Arens Road E, Regina, SK on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with interment in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers, family and friends may make donations, in memoriam, to Regina Chinese Alliance Church or to the charity of their choice.
