Obituary of Doreen Claire Tamlin

Doreen, late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at the age of 79 years. She was predeceased by parents Didrick and Christense Anderson, and sister Joyce Engen. Doreen is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Neil; daughter Deidre (Paul), grandchildren Kaiden, Micah and Briony; daughter Robin (Iain), granddaughter Annika; sister Marilyn Scheske; as well as numerous sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and nieces and nephews. She loved well and was well loved. Doreen was known for her warm smile, deep kindness, sense of humour and constant curiosity. She was an avid reader and was exceptionally creative delighting in paint, pottery, and fabric creations. She left behind dozens of beautiful quilts, and we will always remember her sparkle and passion for learning something new.  Memorial Service will take place at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 190 Massey Road, Regina, SK on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Family and friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the Hospitals of Regina Foundation.
