Obituary of Sheldon Nathaniel Scales

Sheldon Scales, late of Regina, SK, was born on January 30, 1995 and he passed away suddenly on April 2, 2023 at the age of 28 years. Sheldon was a fun, kind and loving man who always put others before himself. He had a very close relationship with all his siblings and was very loved in return. Sheldon will be deeply missed and memories of him will be held closed to our hearts. He was predeceased by his father, John Sheldon Mckay; sister, Mikwan Scales; and brother, Shane Anthony Mckay. Sheldon is survived by his mother, Sonya Scales; and his siblings, Chelleah Scales, Shay Scales, Shem Mckay, Sierra Mckay and S’kara Mckay; as well as his Grandparents, Lamar Scales and Ivy Kennedy, Lucille Daniels and Jackie Mckay; Godparents Anthony Scales and Shauntay Gordon; uncles Kyle Kennedy, Curtis Mckay; and Aunts Camille Mckay (Jaimie), and Pricilla Mckay, all from Calgary, Alberta; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Sheldon’s wake will be held at Speers Family Centre, 2333 Cornwall Street, Regina, SK on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at at 5:00PM. Funeral services will be held at Speers Family Centre on Sunday, April 9, 2023 at 11:00AM with Minister Stan Mcleod officiating. Sheldon will be gracefully laid to rest in the St. Luke Cemetery. Lunch will be served after the Interment.
