KENNEDY, Lorne Charles

January 18, 1952 – April 18, 2023

Lorne Kennedy AKA Butch or Stinky passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. 

Gone before him, Dad ‘Chuck’ (1994); Mum ‘Merle’ (2009); big sis ‘Lea’ (2022).

He left behind, daughter Shae - miles apart but close to his heart. Favourite sister Mary-Lyn and longtime friend, Schaef. Nieces Fiona/Mack, superstar Jenny and bad influence Cary; Great nieces, Katie, and Brett, Hailey, and Ryan.

After 67 years of being the only ‘boy’, he became a great-great uncle to Boden, Grayson, Ben, and Kohen.

Chubby, Ally, McCusker and the usual suspects also held a special place in his heart.

After many years working for the City of Regina, Lorne began work at Capital Courier with boss and friend, Michelle.

Lorne’s love of rich vocals and his vast knowledge of music was one of many things he was known and

admired for.

He loved baseball and was the Yankees #1 fan.
