It is with great sadness to announce the sudden passing of Kihaw (Kehiew) Fox. Kehiew was predeceased by her great-grandparents, Herb and Margaret Fox, George and Louise Desjarlais, Rose Nabis and Bill and Isabel Pratt; grandparents, Gerald Ambrose Fox Sr. and Doreen Dorothy Fox (Pratt), Ernest and Helen Dumais and Gloria Kaiswatum; uncles Gerald Ambrose Fox (Diddy), Fredrick John Fox (Fred), Brian Gregory Fox, Greg Fox, Cyril Fox, Michael Fox and Elmer Dumais; aunts, Doreen Dinardo (Fox), Linda Dumais, Cornelia Fox (Keys) and Roma Friday; cousins Kelly-Jo Toto, Darwin Kelly Cappo (Kelly), Leah Elizabeth Fox, Jerri Doreen Fox; nephews James Jr. Kahnapace-Fox and Issac Spence Wapass; niece Sarina McCallum; sister-in-law Katherine Daniels, special friend Daynen Spence.
Kehiew leaves to mourn her partner Michael McNab, children Okimaw Bird and Kingsley Fox, nephews she was raising, Nayo and Kyrie Fox; parents Lana Fox and Norbert Dumais, brothers, Okimaw Fox, Nayo Fox (Krystle), Russell Fox (Adrian) and Warren Crane; sisters, Helen Oro (Reynaldo), Kimewun Dumais and Pauline McCallum; Grandfather, Joe Kaiswatum; Uncles, Mark Fox (Pam), William Dumais (Bella), Raymond Dumais, Ernest Dumais (Darlene), Henry Dumais, Carl Dumais, Richard Dumais (Debbie); aunts, Bevann Fox, Janice Fox, Velda Fox, Crystal Fox, Audrey Kaiswatum (Jude), Lisa Kaiswatum, Marie Freeman, Christina Arcand (Brian), Doris Goulet, Flora Dumais and Sandra Clarke; special friends, Stephanie Iron, Alexandra Jarrett, Shashonda Wapass and Pricilla Neapetung; numerous cousins that she loved as siblings; nieces and nephews who all shared a special bond with their Auntie Kehiew, and who she loved as her own, she was a great Auntie-Mom and assisted in raising many of them; her large extended families on both the Fox/Pratt side and Dumais side.
Kehiew loved all of her family members and friends. She adored her partner and children; she had an especially special bond with her brother Okimaw and sister Helen. SheShe
Kehiew loved to laugh and joke around, she had an infectious smile and loved to dance, there was never a dull moment when she was present, she had recently taken her talents to tiktok and was spreading laughter to a large audience. Kehiew enjoyed cooking, she made amazing grease bannock and chili and she loved family gatherings. Kehiew was beautiful inside and out and was very talented with makeup, she was also very proud of her gorgeous long hair. Kehiew will be missed by many.
