Obituary of Wayne Ivan Wyspianski

WYSPIANSKI, Wayne

It is with great sadness that the family of Wayne Ivan Wyspianski late of Regina, SK announce his passing on Wednesday May 31^st, 2023 at the age of 71.  Predeceased by parents Frank and Dorothy; brothers Martin and Gerald; partner of 20 years Valerie Fayant; son-in-law Oral Dubois.  Wayne will be lovingly remembered by his three children; Shauna, Jarrod (Kate), Dustin; eleven grandchildren; sister Brenda Bax (Ken); nephew Mitchell; niece Robin; sister-in-law Shirley Nicholson and lifelong pal Jim Charter. 

Wayne was born and raised in Regina.  He spent all his working years with the family business The Tree People.  Wayne enjoyed many days spending time with his father playing cards, scrabble and having a drink in the garage after work.  Wayne was always happiest spending time with his family, his kids and grandchildren.  He loved listening to music, cheering on his favorite teams the Canadiens and Blue Bombers and his favorite was joking around and talking to anyone who would listen to his stories on repeat.  As per Wayne’s request no service will be held.  The family would like to thank the staff at Sunset Special Care Home for their care during Wayne’s final months.
