On behalf of my parents, Ron and Deanna Hoffman and our kids, Dave and I would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Ruth and her family. Frank was a pillar of strength for our town and always a friendly face in the neighbourhood. He worked hard to make sure that Balgonie continued to expand and grow while never losing it's small-town, prairie community heart. This dedication, community pride, and spirit serves as an exemplary guide that everyone should strive to follow. His shoes will be very hard to full. His smile and raspy chuckle will be forever missed. Thank you for your service, your smiles, and your heart, Frank. I hope your family finds peace and smiles in the memories and love shared by those who knew and loved him best.

I knew Frank through Prairie Valley School Division and will miss seeing him in our Division Office. I spoke with him a number of times about issues in our RM and it really came across how genuinely he cared. A huge loss, my condolences to his family.

I worked with Frank a lot as part of the Pilot Butte School Community Council. He was always such a ray of light. His deep love of community, the school division, and the people living in it was always front and center. My deepest sympathy to his entire family for the loss of someone so incredible and full of life.
