Obituary of Tina Hilda Becker

Tina Becker went home to the Lord on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at the age of 86 years.

Tina was born in rural Manitoba into a large family and following her marriage to husband John, she had 3 children; John Jr (Departed 2017), Deborah and Patricia, all born in Yorkton SK. Tina was an amazing and loving mother to her three children and supported and loved them unconditionally. She was also a loyal friend to many and had a kind word and beautiful smile. She lived each day with faith, hope and joy. Tina was grateful to the Lord for all her many blessings. She was a gifted caregiver and homemaker. Along with caring for her family, she served for many years as a caregiver for the elderly and the disabled in their homes, as well as providing palliative care. Tina did this work with such skill and compassion that she was sought out for her work well into her own senior years. She cared for her own husband at home following a cancer diagnosis until his death in 1988.  She loved the Lord, her family and friends, and cared for others with cheerfulness, duty and compassion. Tina will be so missed by her family and friends, especially by her daughters Debbie and Patty (Louis) who were blessed to spend so much time together with her over the past few years. The good news is that we will meet again because of Jesus Christ. A Celebration of Life will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina SK, on Friday, July 14, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. Private interment to follow.
