Obituary of Bob Douglas

It is with deep sadness and much love that the family of Robert (Bob) Glenn Douglas announce his passing on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at the age of 82 years. He is remembered by Noreen his wife of 56 years; his children Adrienne, Randy (Jody) and Brian (Natasha). He was a beloved grandpa to his granddaughters Emma (Nic) and Meg. He will also be missed by his sisters Pat and Faye and nieces, nephews and extended family. Bob is predeceased by his parents Vera and George Douglas as well his brother Jack Douglas. Bob loved farming and road tripping with friends and family. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed curling, hunting and fishing. In his retirement, he spent many hours gardening and in the gym watching Emma and Meg’s basketball games. His favorite times were with his family. A memorial will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 2pm in the Family Center at Speers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Regina Humane Society or Nature Conservancy of Canada.
